BZE stationary energy plan

Beyond Zero Emissions (BZE) is a organisation based in Melbourne developing plans to provide alternatives to carbon based energy consumption. BZE published a Stationary Energy report in 2010 which outlines how a network of solar thermal power stations can be created around Australia to power the current and future energy needs. The Stationary Energy Synopsis is a 17 page overview of the plan.
